HIIT Training 2 (6 x 500m)
Round 1 - 2:20 min
Round 2 - 2:08 min
Round 3 - 2:09 min
Round 4 - 2:07 min
Round 5 - 2:19min
Round 6 - 2:22min
Rest interval between rounds is 1:15min
Today's result is better than the last HIIT training. At least managed to finish the 6 rounds. Maybe next HIIT session, I will decrease the rest interval to 1 minute.
